Day 29 | Toiletries Makeover

Today we challenge you to give your toiletries a makeover. Take a look at the products you use and see what you can make more sustainable.

Remember those one-time swaps that last a lifetime such as reusable make-up pads & wipes.

Can you make some plastic-free swaps?

Are your products organic & vegan?

Do they contain toxins? (Parabens, SLS & SLES, phthalates, triclosan, synthetic fragrances - read up on these here)

Are they cruelty free?

You can still use up what you already own as chucking it would pop it into the environment anyway. When you are done, why not keep your bottles to refill with shampoos & whatnots at a bulk buy store? Or do you have any other uses for your empties at home?
